What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in QSR (fast food) or Casual Dining management is essential.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure.
• Comfortable working in a busy, customer-focused environment.
• Some knowledge of food safety and hygiene is ideal – full training provided if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager with the day-to-day running of the site.
• Help manage stock, rotas, and back-of-house operations.
• Coach and guide team members to deliver great service.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
