What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a General Manager in QSR or Casual Dining.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent understanding of P&L, cost control, stock, and rota management.
• A real passion for customer service and leading by example.
• Calm and confident under pressure, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full accountability for the day-to-day running of the site.
• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Maintain operational excellence and ensure the highest standards of service and cleanliness.
• Manage labour and stock budgets, and drive sales through great customer experiences.
